Why do we say we want diversity? What does diversity mean in practice?

This panel will take a look at the desirability of diversity in companies, what issues arise in trying to make a diverse workplace a reality and even whether there could be tensions between the desire for a diverse workforce and one with shared views, values and behaviours.
