We are excited to announce the next event in the Doriot Distinguished Speaker Series, a programme of thought leadership, lifelong learning and alumni networking.
Sam Laidlaw (MBA 81) will share leadership learnings from his fascinating career in a fireside chat with Francisco Veloso, Dean of INSEAD. Sam is the Executive Chair of Neptune Energy, an independent oil and gas company that is a leader in the energy transition. He was previously CEO of Centrica plc.
Francisco Veloso has been Dean of INSEAD since April 2023. Prior to that he was the Dean of Imperial College Business School from 2017 to 2023.
The conversation will tackle topics such as the personal leadership required to deliver transformation and disruption in an environment where that hasn’t been the norm, looking at the importance of accountability, adaptability and managing through relationships.
