Entrepreneurs’ Dinner
AltoVita from Zero to $4m ARR in Four Years
Thursday 16 February, 19:00 for 19:30

When Vivi Cahyadi Himmel and Karolina Saviova co-founded their business-to-business software-as-a-service venture AltoVita in 2018, they had big ambitions to modernise corporate accommodation. Just four years later, this dynamic and tenacious duo have not only closed a $9.5m funding round, they were also oversubscribed by an additional $5m during pressing market conditions (whilst many founders are struggling for funding). AltoVita now has an enviable top-tier client base which includes Google, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and the US Government. Join us to hear how these driven tech founders are on the path to unicorn status.

Indonesian-born Vivi Cahyadi Himmel is CEO and Co-founder of AltoVita and has lived in 11 cities including New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Vivi’s international experience, with five years in investment banking and eight years in real estate, may not have equipped her for her venture in tech. Now, four years later, Vivi is leading a thriving global organisation of 52 people from 14 nationalities who speak 19 languages. Thoughtfulness, tenacity and humility are guiding principles for Vivi and partner-in-crime Karolina, which they couple with an immense hunger to learn.

Karolina Saviova is the Co-founder and COO of AltoVita. Born in Prague, Karolina studied at SciencesPo Paris and went on to work as an energy business journalist, working and living in Indonesia, India, and Gabon. Given her many frustrating experiences with housing, Karolina felt inspired to change the sector. Karolina is passionate about innovative hospitality solutions, ESG and data-driven customer success.

Join us in a private dining room for a delicious three-course dinner and wine at this wonderful location.
