Tim Parker is a Partner at Harbottle & Lewis LLP, where he advises on a wide range of corporate transactions, as well as clients seeking to raise capital on and off-market and corporate investors. His clients principally include both public and private companies in the media and technology sectors, ranging from early stage companies to a number of listed companies on both AIM and the Official List of the London Stock Exchange.
Eldar Tuvey (MBA 96D) is the founder and CEO of security specialist Wandera and responsible for driving the company’s strategic direction and growth. Prior to co-founding Wandera, Eldar founded and served as CEO of ScanSafe, acquired by Cisco for around $200m in 2009. Eldar started his career at Goldman Sachs and has an INSEAD MBA.
Marc Deschamps (MBA 89D) is a tech entrepreneur turned investment banker for tech growth in Europe and the USA. He is CEO and founder of LD&A Jupiter and LD&A Redwood, a leading investment bank for tech and digital growth companies, with over 230 M&A and private equity transactions completed. He leads a multinational team. His background is in broadband innovation, latterly as COO of BT Openworld, and he has a science degree and INSEAD MBA.
