Tong Gu (MBA 17J) is the Founding Partner at PactVC, an early-stage fund which backs mission-driven founders with global ambition. Previously, Tong was an investor at ADV where she utilised her deep understanding of AI/ML to support the portfolio expansion. Prior to her role at ADV, Tong co-founded a data analytics start-up in Shanghai following five years in TMT investment banking in London.

 

Frederic Lardieg (MBA 05J) is a partner at Mubadala Capital Ventures and has been a venture capital investor in Europe for the past 10 years. Prior to Mubadala, Frederic was a partner at Octopus Ventures where he contributed to the firm’s growth from £150m under management to more than a £1bn. Frederic has been an investor in a number of tech startups including Vouchercloud (acquired by Groupon), Vision Direct (acquired by Essilor) and Carwow.

 

Tony Littner, Partner at Harbottle & Lewis is a trusted adviser to entrepreneurial businesses and to the investors in such businesses, with a focus on the technology sector. He acts for some of the most exciting and fast growing startups in the UK in addition to well-known global venture capital funds and is widely recognised as one of the leading VC lawyers in the UK.

 

Ignacio Monereo (MBA 12J) is a partner at Boost Capital Partners, an early stage VC fund supporting technology companies across Europe and LatAm. Prior to this role, he spent 10+ years working at Google and Meta helping web/app developers and content creators increase both reach and monetization across these platforms. In addition, Ignacio has always been very interested in the startup scene and is an active angel investor, mentor and board member in several gaming companies such as Superscale, Metabit or Magmatic Games. Outside work, he loves all kinds of team sports or multiplayer online games as he really enjoys the community and the fun of sharing these activities.
