In today’s world of search engines and social networks, digital marketing has changed the way we build targeted customer segments, generate leads, improve retention and nurture relationships. But, this is only true with a well-defined strategy to address relevant and engaged audiences. We will look at how to get the most out of marketing automation, influencer programs, together with how to create content that is thought provoking, drives interest, and fosters opt-in followers. Cracking the code to effective in-bound marketing is essential in a world where our prospective customers reject ‘spray & pray’ marketing communications and increasingly value their digital identity and privacy.

Martin Fincham is a Partner at The Gorilla Factory. He is a veteran of the global B2B software industry, serial angel investor and now chairman of three early-stage UK technology companies.
