2. Presentation of the Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022
Motion: “That the Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 as presented to the meeting be approved by the meeting.”

3. Appointment of Directors
Motions: “That Gaby Glaesener-Cipollone (MBA 93D) and Bruno Poggi (EMBA07D) be approved as Directors of the Association for a term of three years.”

4. Appointment of Management Committee
Motions: “That Francesca Colantuoni (MBA 19D) and Hala Sinno (EMBA 23J) be approved as Management Committee members for a term of three years.”

5. Any other business

Voting is restricted to UK Association members.
