Non-Fungible Tokens – Where We Are Now
Tuesday 23 January, 18:30 for 19:00
INSEAD professors Peter Zemsky and Frederic Godart will be in London to present their white paper, “Regulating NFTs: Striking the Balance between Business Innovation and Risks,” to the UK Parliament in January. We are fortunate that Peter and Frederic have kindly made time to discuss their findings with alumni.
The white paper, conducted in collaboration with the Digital Currencies Governance Group (DCGG), delves into the intricate global regulatory landscape for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and its implications for business innovation. The evening will include recent case studies on Damien Hirst, Arianee and Balmain, which focus on leveraging value through NFTs.
This event will contribute to understanding more about the potential of digital assets and help distinguish the hype from reality of this fascinating business opportunity.
