Innovation is at the forefront of every investment and development project from the quality of construction, ESG compliance and programming of the user experience.
New real estate strategies require innovative approaches to asset management and operational excellence, rethinking the single asset strategies and expanding the view to the micro-locational level and planning at a greater scale. Repurposing, alternative uses and new asset management strategies to meet user demands are the key topics for discussion.
