Start-up legals for founders, angels, VCs & crowdfunders
Tuesday 14 July 18:00 – 19:00

Whether you are just incorporating your start-up or are a few years in, this webinar will deal with the many legal issues that founders face in the fundraising journey. It will also address legal issues from the other side of the table – the investor’s side. Tony and Tom have an amazing ability to flit between both the founder and investor perspectives in seconds and see both party’s positions. They will answer your questions and share their insight and best-practices. We will then open up to audience Q&A.

Tony Littner is a Partner at Harbottle & Lewis and the Head of the firm’s Startup and Venture Capital Group. He is a trusted adviser to entrepreneurial businesses and to the investors in such businesses and is consistently recommended over several years as being one of the leading venture capital lawyers in the UK.

Tom Macleod is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team at Harbottle & Lewis. He has a particular focus on advising founders and growing entrepreneurial businesses, venture capital funds and angel investors, often from the technology sector.

Moderator: Charlotte Mason (GEMBA 07D) is Co-Chair of the Entrepreneurs’ Group, Startup Bootcamp Director at INSEAD, a Venture Partner at Antler and an angel investor.
