The panel discussion will explore the transformative impact of AI on the workforce, focusing on the challenges and opportunities presented by the need to upskill and transition workers in the AI era. We will discuss how organisations, educational institutions, and policy makers can collaborate to foster an AI-literate and proficient workforce, manage the psychological and human change components of transitioning the workforce, the importance of mitigating workforce bifurcation in terms of AI skills and the role of AI in shaping the future of work.

Theodoros Evgeniou is Professor of Decision Sciences and Technology Management at INSEAD and director of the INSEAD Executive Education programme, Transforming your Business with AI. He is also Co-founder of Tremau, an AI based security solutions provider.

Dominic Gallello (MBA 14D) is a Managing Director of Bridgepoint. He was previously Chief Marketing Officer of Bumble Inc.

Richard Mabey (MBA 14D) is Co-founder and CEO of Juro, an AI-based legal contracts solution.

Justin Tan (MBA 14D) is Managing Director of Evolutio Consulting and Training, specialising in organisational training and upskilling for AI literacy and proficiency.
