Making the Most of Everyone with LEGO® Serious Play®
Ever wonder what a children’s toy could teach you about leading through complexity? Join us for a unique, hands-on experience where we’ll dive into why play might just be the most effective way to unlock your leadership potential. Using the LEGO® Serious Play® method, you’ll explore how to tap into the often untapped potential of individuals and teams, discovering playful techniques that can drive collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving in your organisation.
Originally developed by LEGO as part of its own strategic turnaround in the late 1990s and now embraced by organisations worldwide, LEGO® Serious Play® is more than just fun and games. It’s a powerful tool to address critical leadership themes like psychological safety, systems thinking, diversity and inclusion, creativity, and collaboration. By using specially selected LEGO bricks to build 3D models, you’ll bring abstract business ideas to life, enabling richer discussions and more effective decision-making.
Through a series of guided questions, you’ll create your own models, using your hands to think and engage deeply with complex concepts. This method draws on cutting-edge neuroscience and research in business, psychology, and learning theories—transforming how we approach problem-solving and knowledge-sharing.
What can you expect?
Interactive Learning: Engage in a process that ensures full participation, where everyone’s voice is heard and valued.
Creative Collaboration: Work together to build new, shared knowledge and insights.
Practical Takeaways: Learn techniques you can immediately apply in your leadership roles to foster collaboration and innovation.
This session promises not just to be informative, but also to be one of the most enjoyable and eye-opening experiences you’ve had since business school.
Get ready to think with your hands—and watch your brain keep up!
