Covid-19 Compliance: We are reliant on kind hosts to hold events so please be respectful for the health of our hosts, their staff and fellow alumni by noting the following:

You MUST NOT ATTEND in-person events, if you have Covid-19 symptoms, have been diagnosed with or had direct contact with a known or suspected Covid-19 case in the 10 days prior to the event. 

Event Booking Policy: Please book as early as possible as events do sell out. We can only admit you if are an INSEAD alumnus/a or a guest of an alumnus/a (guests need to be accompanied by an INSEAD alumnus/a at all events unless they are ‘partners’ pass’ holders) and if you have booked and pre-paid for an event. To qualify for a refund, cancellations must be received at least seven working days before the event.  Should the event be cancelled, full refunds will be made.

Guest tickets are a membership benefit to enable association members to bring colleagues and partners to our events. Tickets purchased by non-members will be automatically refunded. If you are unsure of your membership status you can check here: https://my.insead.edu/
