Why this theme? Why now?
Through this Balance in Business event we aim to engage and inspire current and future leaders on why gender balance matters and how to implement it by unlocking everything from better teams and talent management to new market opportunities and increased customer satisfaction.
This aligns and enables INSEAD’s dual mission of being ‘the Business School for the World’ and a ‘Force for Good’. Gender balancing is both a global challenge (UN SDDG #5) and an increasingly essential leadership competence. It is an issue at the intersection of business, society and impact.
Balance in Business – Who leads? Who cares? On 19 March, will focus on sharing research and hard facts on Balance in Business as a value creation lever and on providing compelling practical examples from recognised leaders on the success (or not) of gender balancing initiatives.
We invite you to join us to take part in this important debate. An engaging and collaborative evening of sharing and learning amongst leaders across all sectors, it will showcase a prestigious group of leaders who have achieved better Balance in Business – and are ready to share their stories of success.
The three-hour programme will include keynote speakers, a panel discussion and facilitated breakout sessions for more in-depth discussion on selected areas. this is a great opportunity to engage with other likeminded people across sectors, exchange experiences, ask questions and network over cocktails.
