Sabrina Lakhani, MBA’17D, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Patterns to Presence, a transformative, multimodal 4-week holistic therapy program proven to reduce anxiety and manage triggering situations. Unlike traditional therapy, this program provides a structured roadmap and synergistically targets the brain, body, and breath.

After a painful divorce, Sabrina used her behavioral science expertise to rebuild her life. This journey inspired her to create a virtual program that has already helped 140 clients heal. Now happily remarried, she combines her personal experience and professional knowledge to guide others on their healing journeys.

US INSEAD Alumni Spotlight – Laurent Baillot

Laurent Baillot, MBA’22J, used to work in Data Science in New York. As a team manager through the peak of Covid, Laurent experienced how remote work can negatively impact connection between team members.

Laurent then came back to native France for INSEAD, during which he co-founded Spaciously with fellow 22J, Hanna. Spaciously offers team events designed for people to connect over things they love: art, food, and music. Their spin is that vendors are exclusively passionate small business owners. They have sold over $100K in events, and are gearing up to become the Airbnb of team building events.

Accelerated Job Search Coaching Programme – apply by Feb 15th

The Alumni Career Development invites interested alumni to apply for the Accelerated Job Search Coaching Programme – a series of 5 facilitated peer coaching sessions designed to help you land your next position.

This programme will start in March, and is designed for alumni who are unemployed or anticipating redundancy and are clear on their targets. We recommend that alumni who are not yet clear on their next career move engage with a coach in 1-1 conversations before embarking on this programme.

Participants greatly benefit from the group process where they receive feedback and advice from their peers in a focused way and support each other as they go through their search.
