She is a board member in for-profit and non-for-profit organizations and a passionate volunteer and donor of INSEAD. She loves to spend her free time practicing yoga, meditation and training for the next triathlon or a big hike.

Annie is a Mergers and Acquisitions manager at Shell based in Houston. She is passionate about the Energy Transition and leads M&A transactions across the energy value chain including upstream, refining, chemicals as well as New Energies. Previous to this role, Annie held a number of business finance roles in multiple lines of businesses at Shell. Annie is a Canadian national and holds a CPA. She is a graduate of INSEAD class of MBA’19J.

Sunil has over 24 years of solid global (US, South Asia, Middle East, Africa, Russia, and China) leadership level experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, and strategy and operations consulting with Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Abraaj Group, Arthur Andersen, and GE Capital. In the last 9 years, Sunil has successfully originated and advised in c. US $5 Billion in successful placements of equity and debt; including, several multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Sunil has been actively involved in advising financial sponsors and strategic buyers in building world-class sector specific platforms in the US through acquisitions. He also has hands-on operating experience in the healthcare industry.
Sunil graduated with an Global Executive MBA degree from INSEAD, has a B.Sc. degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and has attended an Advanced Program in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering at Cornell University. He also has certifications in Machine Learning, Analytics, Data Science, and IoT from Stanford University, Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), John Hopkins University, and Columbia University.

Pauline is a strategy consultant at Elixirr based in the San Francisco office. She is half-French, half-American and was raised in Singapore. Graduated from INSEAD in 2021 in the pioneering Masters in Management class, she previously attained a Bachelor of Arts from Durham University in Anthropology. Pauline has a demonstrable commitment to giving to local communities in cross cultural settings, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset. The people who know her well would describe her as curious, adaptable and a self-starter.

Brands, where he led acquisitions, divestitures and franchising transactions across its quick service restaurants portfolio across many countries. He previously created and managed the corporate venture capital program for Rohm and Haas Company focusing on new materials and material-enabled technologies, and helped broaden the Company’s avenue for growth, in addition to corporate strategic planning and M&A responsibilities. Mr. Tse has an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in Electronics Engineering.
