If any of these sound familiar to you, join us for a 60 minute session to dive deep into the science of how our emotions, thoughts and actions are linked and practice some practical tools to help us find more balance between all three. The session will be led by our very own Suki Sohn (MBA ‘00D).
Apart from being Co-president of the NY-Tristate WIB club and Co-President US IWiB, Suki is a certified Health & Life Coach and Taoist meditation and Tai Chi trainer. She also studied various alternative healing and mindfulness modalities.
Over the last year, we have had some great career and connection related resources and events across the entire INSEAD alumni community and so we wanted to try something different for this event. We hope you will join in!
