About Mary

Mary Francia is a Partner in the Board Practice of Odgers Berndtson advising boards on board composition and succession planning. Mary has extensive senior leadership experience in Latin America, USA, and Europe Telecom and Consumer Electronics sectors. She was Vice President, Strategic Partner at NOKIA, working closely with the CEO and the Board tackling strategic issues in product portfolio offerings, supply chain, and talent. Her work included leading the corporate strategy for emerging markets.
