President


“Nicolas Vilmin is an executive coach, leadership advisor, and community builder passionate about helping individuals and organizations grow with purpose. He brings over a decade of global experience at the intersection of strategy, digital transformation, and people development. Through his firm, Vilmin Coaching Inc., he supports senior leaders and teams in unlocking their potential and driving meaningful impact.

Originally from Réunion Island and based in Montreal for over 15 years, Nicolas spent six years at BCG and held executive leadership roles at Circle Medical and Groupe Dynamite. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Strategy from HEC Montréal. He currently serves as President of the INSEAD Alumni Association Canada. Outside of work, you’ll find him kitesurfing, hiking with his wife and golden retriever, or exploring new corners of the world!“

“Indra has spent over two decades building a career at the intersection of business, government, and social impact organizations. She is originally from Vancouver, lived in London, UK for 10 years, had a short stint in France, and is now based in Montreal. She started her career in finance/risk management/accounting, became an entrepreneur, and is currently the President & CFO of a Canadian national digital skills charity, Digital Moment.

She has degrees in both Business Administration and Public Policy and is a qualified CPA. She sits on the Board of Start-up Montreal (President of the Audit Committee/Treasurer) and the Start-Up Committee at Mila. She completed the INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Program in 2019 (ISEP) and has also completed an executive training in Impact Management & Measurement at Oxford in 2022.”

“French-Egyptian by birth, Hachem has called Canada home since 2004. He began his career in telecom as a technologist, lecturer, and project manager. After his MBA in 2014, he worked in Dubai and Singapore in consulting, corporates, and startups, always with a focus on innovation and new ventures. He recently joined a long-time friend to scale investments and developments in high-yield residential real estate across Canada. He continues to develop expertise in AI and longevity and always enjoys a spirited conversation on a sailboat or around a gourmet table.”

“Hina Sajid is a strategic problem solver with experience in product, go-to-market, and leadership roles across North America and APAC. She currently leads product strategy in the semiconductor sector and began her post-MBA journey at Microsoft’s MACH Leadership Program, where she managed P&L and was named one of APAC’s top 25 future leaders.

An INSEAD MBA and Wharton exchange alumna, Hina excels at solving complex challenges and driving cross-functional impact. As VP Women in Business for INSEAD NAA Canada, she is dedicated to advancing female leadership and fostering a more inclusive alumni community.“

“Denys is a banker with over fifteen years of corporate finance experience across mid-market and large corporate clients in North America (USA, Canada), APAC (Singapore, Australia) and Europe gained while working at Citi, Commerzbank, and Eurobank. Additionally, he has four years of management consulting (focus on FIs) experience in Central and Eastern Europe. He is originally from Ukraine, lived and worked in the USA, Singapore, Austria, Australia, France. Denys has degrees in Economics and Law, and is INSEAD MBA 15J. He lives in Montreal, is married and has a daughter.“

I have managed large-scale enterprise transformation projects in financial services and public sectors, and currently working in the Oil & gas sector. I am self-driven and work well in teams.“
