Emmanuel Bompy, MBA'85J

Emmanuel Bompy, MBA'85J

France

Certified coach by Transformance , MBTI and TMS certified, Trained in Process Communication, Human Element (Schutz) and Transactional analysis.Logotherapist. Associate member of SFCoach (Société Française de Coaching)

My professional career is like a Rubik’s cube :
3 types of education (Aeronautics engineer, Insead MBA, Executive coach certification), 3 types of positions (Sales & Marketing Executive, BU Director, Strategy & Change consultant and coach), within 3 types of environment and management culture (French, US and Japanese companies).

I can help you to take a step back before choosing or filling a new position or function, meeting a new challenge or making a difficult change decision, while maintaining the right balance and consistency across all levels of meaning.

I bring my clients a special attention to what needs to be changed or kept to be successful within their new environment or context.

One of my favourite quotes : “Happy those Execs who know how to laugh at themselves, because they will never stop having fun”

Nicolas Bontron, MBA'97J

Nicolas Bontron, MBA'97J

France

French, MS in telecommunications, INSEAD MBA ’97, certified coach.

For the last 8 years, Nicolas has been working with executives to help them manage their career and more specifically their career crisis: when their job is being terminated or when they want to get out of a turbulence situation (burn out, end of expatriation, loss of motivation, …) He helps them to consider the various aspects (professional, personal and financial) of the situation: communication, reputation, health, risks, finance, legal and tax. A successful project leads to an executive who has overcome his/her career crisis and regained energy to bounce back in his/her professional life. In addition, Nicolas has been involved with INSEAD as a career coach for MBAs and EMBAs since 2006 and he is member of the INSEAD Alumni Association Career Services Group.

I started my career as a Telecom Engineer, working for Orange in France, Germany and in the US. After my MBA at INSEAD, I worked for 8 years in international high tech marketing.

Philippe Slioussarenko, MBA'77

Philippe Slioussarenko, MBA'77

France

Founder and leader of “Management of Human Goals “(M.H.G. Europe), a French consulting firm assisting companies in the development of executives and their teams, and in the efficiency of organisations.

For more than 30 years I have acted as a personal coach to international clients (Corporate and individuals) to increase their personal effectiveness and performance levels at key points of their professional development:  joining new organizations, climbing the various

professional ladders, creating and strengthening virtual and international teams, organizing transitions (M&A), restructuring, strategic repositioning, succession planning.

My practice of coaching is based on the following values and fundamentals:

  1. The belief in the human ability to change, while acknowledging that change can be difficult and therefore resisted.
  2. Each individual is creative, resourceful and whole. Everyone has the answers or can find the answers. The coach job is to ask questions, not to find the answers. Clients are more resourceful, more effective and generally more satisfied when they find their own answers
  3. The partner relationship: The client and the coach work together to design a partnership that meets the client needs. this relationship is like having a personal navigator of your life: someone who will help you find your way and stay on course
  4. The agenda comes from the client not from the coach. the relationship is entirely focused on getting the results clients want

Some specific benefits of my interventions include:

  1. Clarifying what you want: your purpose and vision; articulate your desires and aspirations; setting effective goals.
  2. Having someone to keep you focused, challenge you, keep you accountable and confront you when you are falling behind your commitments.
  3. Having a sounding board for your ideas, plans and strategies.
