COMPETITION DETAILS
Imagine your MBA journey transformed with GenAI. Think about personalized learning experiences that cater to your unique needs, career guidance tailor-made for your aspirations, a more interactive and collaborative student engagement… GenAI has the potential to make all this a reality.
Problem statement
Your task is to develop an innovative product that integrates GenAI to enhance one or several aspects of the MBA experience. All proposed solutions must address potential challenges related to data privacy, biases as well as ensure fairness, transparency and accountability – aligning with your values of ethical leadership and complying with current AI regulations.
Questions to Consider:
- Personalized Learning. How could GenAI create learning experiences tailored specifically to your needs and preferences? For example, imagine getting real-time feedback and support exactly when you need it. How could this enhance your learning outcomes?
- Student Engagement. How could GenAI make your student experience more engaging and collaborative, whether in-person or online? Imagine immersive and interactive learning experiences powered by GenAI. How could these transform your educational journey?
- Curriculum Development. How could GenAI help in designing MBA curricula that are always up-to-date with the latest industry trends and challenges? What potential does this hold?
- Career Development. How could GenAI assist you in planning your career and finding job opportunities that align perfectly with your goals? Picture enhanced networking and mentorship opportunities, connecting you with alumni and industry professionals based on your skills and interests. How could this boost your career prospects?
- Alumni Relations. How could GenAI maintain and strengthen your connections with the alumni network, providing continuous learning and networking opportunities even after graduation? Think about how GenAI could leverage alumni data to offer you personalized engagement and support.
- Student Admission & Services. How could GenAI make administrative processes like admissions and scheduling smoother and more efficient, freeing up time for you to focus on your studies? Think about the routine tasks that faculty and staff handle. How could automating these tasks allow them to focus more on providing strategic support to students?
We look forward to seeing your compelling vision of how your GenAI-driven innovation will empower future business leaders, engage students, and ultimately reshape management education to better serve society and the planet. This is your chance to reflect on your own MBA experience and imagine how GenAI could make it even better.
The Challenge
In teams of 2-5 people, you are invited to develop a product that addresses a specific challenge or set of challenges (see problem statement). Your proposal should clearly define the problem and demonstrate how your product effectively addresses it, contributing to future solutions. The product, whether tangible or intangible, must be validated through user research and provide a clear pathway to empowering and supporting innovative solutions.
