Webseries: Crisis Management in Covid-19 Times

April 28, 2020
12:00 am - 12:00 am

The Covid-19 pandemic is often dubbed as an ‘unprecedented crisis’ and yet in reality, there are few truly unprecedented crises. The outcome of not learning from the past and the present can be extremely costly during such a circumstance when time is of essence.

While crisis can come unexpectedly, it typically becomes conquered through a positive combination of talents and competences, and a method for ensuring the right synergy amongst the people and resources engaged. In this session, Peter Nathanial & Ludo Van der Heyden illustrate the application and principles of the “5E” fair process leadership framework in the context of managing any crisis and the Covid-19 crisis in particular.

We highlight some key lessons that leaders should be aware of when facing crisis.

Times are set for EDT.

This webinar features:

  • Ludo Van der Heyden, Emeritus Professor of Technology and Operations Management & Chaired Professor of Corporate Governance
  • Peter Nathanial – Adjunct Professor ICGC Fellow
  • David Mair MBA’96J – Moderator (CEO Republic Consulting / Secretary-General, INSEAD Alumni Association)
