The INSEAD Private Equity Club invites you to hear the ins and outs of two great Dutch private equity deals. In the usual informal setting, you have the opportunity to learn more about these success stories directly from the people that have been involved and gain key insights about how they got the deal, how they created value and what drove the returns.

In addition, the event is an ideal setting to meet and network with other INSEAD professionals active in private equity or with an interest in the sector.

Gerritjan Eggenkamp (Avedon): Van Riet Material Handling Systems specializes in the design, construction and installation of intra-logistic solutions. The product range comprises order-picking, sorting and transporting and pallet handling solutions. The company operates from three locations in the Netherlands and China.

Ivo Lurvink (CVC): Stage Entertainment was founded by Dutch television and theatre entrepreneur Joop van den Ende, Stage Entertainment is a theatrical production company focusing on musical theatre in Europe. It owns and operates a network of more than 20 theatres where it mostly produces musicals developed by international partners and its creative teams.
