As a follow-on to the 3 BCG/IAAF Leadership Masterclasses run in November, December 2020 and January 2021, we are pleased to invite you to a closing session for this cycle, where we will discuss which type of leaders inspire employees today, based on a BCG European survey of 4.000 participants.

Fanny Potier-Koninckx (MBA’01D) and Marie Humblot-Ferrero will share insights regarding what does it mean to be a strong leader today, focusing on the head, the heart and the hand. In particular, the two speakers observe that there is a shift towards increasingly valuing human leadership, that has crystalized with the Covid-19 crisis and for which there is no going back.

The session will be followed by breakout sessions to enable in depth discussion around “How to develop human-centered leadership?”
