The INSEAD Energy Global Club Board, a network of INSEAD alumni focused on the energy sector, is happy to welcome Alexandra Chenguelly to the Board as Vice-Chair.
We want to thank Saskia Kunst for her contributions to the Energy Global Club as a founding Board member.
In the role, Alexandra will help build this growing network toward our vision: to be the network where INSEAD alumni connect to gain ideas, progress their careers and contribute to awareness on energy sector trends, discoveries, and innovations.
About Alexandra:
Alexandra, a French and British national, is a Principal at White Summit Capital. She joined White Summit Capital, an investor and asset manager specialising in real assets and energy transition in 2022.
Alexandra has over 15 years of experience in the infrastructure and energy sector. She previously worked in the Corporate Strategy Planning Team of CEMEX in Madrid, focussing on M&A transactions and strategic partnerships.
Beforehand, she worked for 7 years within the Gas and Power Origination Team of BP in London, originating, and executing complex structured commodity and financing arrangements with a particular focus on gas upstream and renewable assets. Alexandra also participated in the growth of the UK independent retail energy market by developing bespoke wholesale agreements for those new entrants and by participating in the investment and launch of a new UK challenger.
Alexandra started her career at Veolia focussing on its geographical expansion (Eastern Europe and South East Asia) and on the technological expansion of the Water Solution and Technology business Unit.
She holds a master’s degree in management from SKEMA Business School (France), and an MBA from INSEAD (France/Singapore). Alexandra is based in Madrid and is fluent in English, French, and speaks conversational Russian and Spanish.
