“D&O Insurance and Indemnities: What you need to know as you accept a new board role”

Special extended invitation to all IDP, Leading from the Chair past participants and members of INBOARD.

IDN Advocate & Connect Initiative: To advocate for the advancement of IDP-C members in the boardroom and connect certified directors with board opportunities.

“The risks of being a fiduciary has been highlighted more than ever in recent years, with particular implications for all directors, whatever the location of the companies to which they are appointed. We invited our presenters from the US, Europe and Asia to give us an insight into the limitations of D&O insurance, and to help us all understand the best practice they have seen in their jurisdictions to nonetheless protect directors in the boardroom. This will give you the tools to evaluate whether the D&O Insurance is sufficiently backed up by additional indemnities and therefore, help you decide whether the risk of sitting on or joining any particular board is sufficiently covered.”

Wednesday, 7th of March 2018 – 2 pm Paris, 8 am New York, 9 pm Singapore.

This webinar is scheduled for 1 hour and 10 minutes. You can submit questions during the call via chat or in advance to your host when you register.
