CTOs can be like unicorns – hard to come across. Founders often don’t realise what to look for and how the CTO role and responsibilities evolve over time. Join our experienced panel who will demystify ‘recruiting the perfect CTO to suit the stage of your business’.

 

Mehdi Doghri is an experienced tech entrepreneur and the Co-Founder & CTO of Save Your Wardrobe. He started his career in France as a Solution Architect. He has been CTO of a mobile agency and two tech startups. Before joining Antler as a Venture Partner he was leading a digital product team at Barclays.

 

Vlad Galu is a technologist with 20 years of experience in building mission-critical products for audiences of millions to billions of daily users, ranging from telecommunications to content delivery and cloud distributed services, to cybersecurity, privacy and digital identity, to fintech and e-commerce. From his hands-on roots he has built, led and scaled high performing cross-functional product teams distributed across Europe, the US and Asia.

 

Pawel Tomczuk is the founder and CEO of TechTree – a platform helping developers from all backgrounds connect with peers; mentors to grow their careers in tech. Pawel invests in and advises various tech businesses, mostly in the fintech and marketplace space. He is also a Venture Partner at Antler.

 

Moderator: Charlie Mason (GEMBA 07D) has made 27 angel investments. She also runs leading bespoke and remote corporate innovation programmes. Charlie is INSEAD’s Start-up Bootcamp Director for both remote and face to face courses, is a Venture Partner at Antler and holds various CEO start-up advisory roles.
