Authentic Cooking and Travelling through Global Kitchens – CANCELLED
Tuesday 30 September, 18:30 – 21:00

Our panellists will share their food and culinary journeys explaining how this has shaped their career and life choices. The influence of childhood on food preferences and interest in cooking will be explored. Living in different countries and varied travel experiences leads to more adventurous palates, kitchen cabinets and cooking styles. Yet the fundamentals of good ingredients and careful preparation cross regional boundaries. Themes that will resonate well with an INSEAD audience.

Lillian Luk (MBA 01D): Supper club host and private chef specialising in the regional Chinese cuisine of Shanghai.

Sapna Ajwani: Supper club host and author of Sindh: Recipes and Stories from a Forgotten Land.

Mark Corbyn: Chef and co-founder of a pop-up outfit and catering company specialising in Filipino food, and a food writer published in independent publications and his own Substack.

Join us for a fun, thoughtful and delicious evening with the opportunity to talk food with experts, share your own culinary journeys and sample delicious small plates.
