2. Presentation of the Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024

Motion: “That the Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 as presented to the meeting be approved by the meeting.”

3. Appointment of Management Committee

Motion: “That Arvind Desikan (MBA 05J), be confirmed in post as a Management Committee member for a term of three years.”

Motion: “That Lata Gullapalli (MBA 02J), be confirmed in post as a Management Committee member for a term of three years.”

4. Any other business

Voting is restricted to UK Association members.
