Life stages, needs and career progression – Join Careers Group co-chair, Natalie Einhoff and INSEAD Alumni Association UK President, Nermeen Varawalla for a roundtable discussion on women’s careers. Women have made tremendous progress in the world of work, the pay gap has narrowed – but not closed. Employers wonder why their training, recruitment and support programmes may not be delivering gender parity at C-suite and senior leadership levels.
Following a short overview of women in the workforce and life stages, we will moderate an open discussion on how women’s needs change during the different life and career stages, what opportunities, interventions or support women need at different times and what doesn’t work.
We invite men and women who want to explore how INSEAD women, no matter what stage they are at, are navigating the world of work to join us for this session. Please come prepared to share your experience, thoughts and recommendations.
