The conversation will also explore the importance of cultivating strong relationships and navigating the evolving demands of the sector. With private equity facing unprecedented challenges from macroeconomic shifts and technological disruption, the panel will consider the capabilities and mindset that future leaders will need to thrive.

Panellists:

Florian Hubel (MBA 13D), Senior Principal at DWS Group since 2019. He serves as a Board Member for several companies, including Global Ports Holding Plc, Weltec Biopower, Stagecoach Group Limited, Vertex Bioenergy, and Blue Pearl Energy Services. Previous experience includes Board Observer for Caruna and London City Airport, as well as Investment Professional at OMERS Infrastructure and J.P. Morgan.

Sabina Ouimet Storrs is a Principal at GHO Capital, with expertise in healthcare investment across Europe and North America. Since joining GHO in 2015, Sabina has worked closely with a number of companies, including leading two successful exits (DDC and Caprion), and currently serving on the board of Ardena. Before GHO, Sabina launched her career at PwC and developed her private equity skills at Fulcrum Capital in Toronto.
