A networking reception and panel discussion to celebrate the cohort of UK NAA members who have successfully completed INSEAD’s IN-BOARD programme this year and to acknowledge our generous, industry-leading Knowledge Partners, Spencer Stuart, L.E.K., FTI Consulting and Deloitte who will share their expertise on the sustainability challenge.

Our speakers:
Sunni Chauhan from Spencer Stuart’s Board Practice London is a strategic business leader with more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, in-house strategy, M&A and strategic communications roles. Sunni is a trusted advisor to boards and senior leaders on topics including strategy, stakeholders and sustainability.
Juliet Halfhead leads the North & South Europe reward practice at Deloitte and has over 20 years’ experience advising companies on all aspects of senior executive remuneration, including reward strategy, incentive design and implementation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and investor consultations.
Graham McMillan is Senior Adviser at FTI Consulting has over 30 years of experience advising major companies, trade associations, public bodies and NGOs on sustainability, responsible business, corporate purpose, ESG, public affairs and public policy, political risk and corporate communications in the UK, EU and globally.
Harpreet Singh is a Partner at L.E.K. Consulting. Harpreet focuses on industrial / B2B sectors – industrial tech, built environment, auto and business services. He advises executives on growth, transformational M&A, sustainability-led strategy, and digital propositions. Harpreet is a champion of Sustainability and Digital initiatives within L.E.K.’s Industrials practice. He publishes frequently and has been covered in Harvard Business Review.
Moderator: Hala Sinno (EMBA 23J), Sustainability Strategy Director at MARS Wrigley is a marketing and sustainability leader with over 15 years’ experience in consumer packaged goods, leading consumer brand portfolios across the Middle East and Europe. She is a member of the INSEAD UK Management Committee.
