Enhance Your Board-Level Skills with INSEAD and Knowledge Partners!
The Programme
Benefits
This executive education programme is designed to equipe NEDs and Executives with:
-
The insight and self-assurance to thrive in a non-executive director role.
-
The practical capabilities to understand board dynamics, meet board members’ legal responsibilities, and demonstrate the key behaviours that enable meaningful impact in the boardroom.
-
A powerful network of INSEAD peers to learn from and collaborate with, helping you build valuable relationships within a high-calibre group of current and aspiring non-executive directors.
Delivery
The programme is unique: it is delivered partly on INSEAD’s Fontainebleau campus for its academic component, and partly in the UK to cover country-specific issues and provide additional real-life board experience. It combines lectures, practical case studies, and peer learning, all guided by our world-class knowledge partners who bring boardroom realities vividly to life.
