Gender balance in corporate boards and top management is a much discussed subject with organizations putting forth multiple initiatives – but what has the actual impact been? And how do we break the impasse?

This International Women’s Day, Thursday, 8 March, join us for a discussion based on exciting new research by the INSEAD Emerging Markets Institute (EMI), supported by Deutsche Bank AG.
