Dubai Tops French Alumni Association’s Best Cities Survey

dubaiChallenges magazine published the results of a survey of 835 members of the INSEAD Alumni Association France ranking global cities with the most desirable environment for personal and professional life. Dubai topped the list, followed by Amsterdam, Toronto, and Singapore. The publisher said it was a surprise that both Dubai and Madrid were came to the top of the ranking because of the dips in both economies in recent years. It apparently does not deter entrepreneurs and expatriates seeking career opportunities and city lifestyles.Paris came in eleventh spot.

Jura Hike: INSEAD Spirit and Alpine Experiences

Five families complete Jura Hike & Lunch

INSEJura Family HikeAD Alumni of all ages and nationalities from a wide range of classes brought their families to the Jura for a Sunday hike, organized by fellow Alum and Geneva Chapter volunteer Simon Sèbstien (MBA 88D). Their children, some of whom are young professionals, had a first taste of INSEAD spirit and camaraderie. The excellent service and tasty simple mountain fare in the Alpine Hut, Buvette de Châtel, for example, croûte au fromage, a garlicy cheese melt, made the lunch stop a pleasure. Timing was just perfect, as the group returned to their cars before the rain started.
