NEW CLUB | INSEAD WOMEN IN BUSINESS (IWIB)
The IAAF Women in Business Club is dedicated to empowering women in business, with a specific focus on INSEAD Alumnae, through a transformative program. Our club operates across four key areas.
First and foremost, we actively challenge negative biases towards women in business and society. We have proudly signed the « Always with Her Charter » and are strong partners with GEF (Grandes Ecoles au Féminin), actively advocating for gender equity as signatories of the « Charte de la Mixité. » Additionally, we collaborate with the 2GAP initiative, which aims to bridge gender gaps in the media. GEF initiative is led by Chloe Andriamihaja (MAP’17).
Secondly, we are currently developing a program to support Alumna founders, equipping them with the necessary tools and resources for success. This initiative is fueled by Chia Roxas (MBA’17J) and Myriam Ferran (GEMBA12). If you are an Alumna founder, reach out to us.
Furthermore, we understand the power of networking and are in the process of building a vibrant community within France. Simultaneously, we actively connect with other Women in Business Clubs around the world with the iWIB initiative led by Anne Dumesges (MBA’07).
Lastly, we firmly believe that a gender-balanced society is a force for good. We wholeheartedly embrace collaboration with men, recognizing the vital role they play in achieving our shared goal of gender balance. We stand by the principle that it is always with him. So, all members are welcome.
